Spacious rooms with a decent layout offer comfort during your stay. The ongoing refurbishment in the dining area shows promise for a more stylish experience.
The bathroom could use some minor touch-ups, especially around the tub. The door to the room rattled due to a loose fit, which could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. Every movement in the adjacent room felt intrusive. The hospitality tray had not been replenished, and the dim corridor lighting made it hard to enter the key code. While it has potential, a few specifics need attention.

Our standard room was modest, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. We got a bathtub too.

Consider asking for a room away from the kitchen ventilation system for a quieter sleep.

Immaculately clean hotel, the staff was professional and efficient.
All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a really good stay for the weekend. The hotel was in a central location near the railway station. I took a double room with good facilities, comfortable beds, an extra £5.

Convenient Stay with Some Drawbacks
We enjoyed our stay. The room featured a really comfy bed, and the staff were kind. The décor clearly needs an update, and breakfast options were limited. Parking was convenient. Consider trying the bar in the evening for a cozy vibe.

The look of the hotel and room was really good, your facilities were also very good (certainly the parking) but the best and most important thing these days was the staff - they were brilliant. We attended a wedding and nothing was too much trouble for them they really are the best part of your hotel. Well done to all of you.

The facilities in the single ensuite room (good sized bath/shower room), TV, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, safe, ironing board, hairdrier, wardrobe and chest of drawers, fluffy towels. Reasonably priced meals in restaurant.
No desk and chair in the small bedroom, which might have been a problem if I was staying 'on business'.

Great position next to the football ground and close walk to town centre
Rather short staffed

i found that this was what me and my fiance needed, which was a basic - room, and en-suit. We wanted to get away for 1 night and just be on our own, not leave the roon and not be disturbed. We got this and where happy upon check out.
only that either a heavy footed guest was above us, the guest liked banging on floor, which suggests poor sound insulation and thin plasterboard on the ceiling.

Good location for the centre and football ground.
The hotel was good to stay in, however, the only downside was that our room was obviously, designed, and should have been allocated to, a disabled person. the reason being, it had no bath, and only a very small, low down sink.there were 'handrail bars' too.

The room was good and the breakfast very good and it was only a short into the town.

Good location.
I booked my room a week in advance, whne I arrived, the girl on the reception has an horrible attitude, her face was boring and her behaviour was unbelievable. I booked a standard double room and got a double room for disabled people, the room was dark, no possible to open the window, I could smell the food from the kitchen behind the corner, room wwas so dirty, bathroom dirty, the worst hotel I ever stayed in! Had to change to room, another young girl was very kind, Room where I stayed was under the roof, was too hot, no air-co, no fen, carpet extremely dirty, bathroom looked nice, but you cud not take a proper shower as it was under the roof and ceiling were to low. I would never ever stay there anymore and I will not reccoment this hotel to anyone!!!!!!
